Standard Operations

Standard operations refers to a group of the same operations that have different functions within an organization unit, such as assembly, testing, quality assurance, and shipping. Each operation configured in the SmartSolve application must be attached to a standard operation.

NOTE: Some Pilgrim customers might not need to use both levels of process tables and might go one level down from the organization unit using only this standard operation table.

User Rights

The following rights must be assigned to a user for that user to manage or view standard operations:

Rights Description

STO_MANAGE

Allows the administrator to add new objects, modify existing objects, or delete objects.

STO_VIEW

Allows the user to access the object to view and select.
